CudaSpace LLC ("CudaSpace") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy applies to all wallet deposits made through our payment portal at pay.cudaspace.com.
2. Wallet Deposits
Wallet deposits are intended for the purchase of CudaSpace services. Once a deposit has been successfully processed and credited to your CudaSpace wallet, the funds are available for immediate use.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same deposit due to a technical error.
- Incorrect amount: If the amount charged differs from the amount you selected.
- Service not delivered: If the deposited funds were not credited to your CudaSpace wallet after a successful payment.
- Unauthorized transaction: If a payment was made without your authorization.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Wallet funds that have already been used to purchase CudaSpace services.
- Change of mind after a successful deposit.
- Deposits made with incorrect personal information (e.g., wrong email address) where the funds were credited to the specified account.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit your request to our finance team:

Please include the following in your refund request:
- Your full name and email address used for the transaction.
- The date and amount of the transaction.
- A detailed reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of duplicate charges).
6. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of submission.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Cash App or Apple Pay) within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting CudaSpace may result in delays and may lead to suspension of your CudaSpace account pending investigation.
8. Changes to This Policy
CudaSpace reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your transaction will apply to that transaction.
