Payment Policy

1. Overview
This Payment Policy governs all transactions made through the CudaSpace payment portal (pay.cudaspace.com). By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe, Inc. (PCI Level 1 certified):
- Cash App Pay — Available on all devices.
- Apple Pay — Available on supported Apple devices using Safari.
- Google Pay — Available on supported Android devices and Chrome.
- Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.
- ACH Direct Debit — Bank transfers for US-based customers.
- Link by Stripe — One-click checkout for returning customers.
Payment method availability may vary depending on your region and device. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end and processed through Stripe's secure infrastructure.
3. Deposit Amounts
Deposits are available in fixed amounts as displayed on the payment page. Custom amounts are not supported. All amounts are in United States Dollars (USD).
4. Account Creation
When you make a deposit, a CudaSpace account is automatically created for you (if one does not already exist) using the email address provided during the payment process. You will receive login credentials to access your CudaSpace dashboard where you can view your wallet balance and transaction history.
5. Wallet Credits
Upon successful payment, the deposited amount is immediately credited to your CudaSpace wallet. Wallet funds can be used to purchase services available on cudaspace.com, including but not limited to VPS hosting, GPU servers, and dedicated servers.
6. Transaction Confirmation
After a successful payment:
- You will be redirected to a confirmation page showing the deposited amount.
- A transaction record will appear in your CudaSpace dashboard.
- An invoice will be automatically generated and available for download from your account.
- An order record will be created in your account's billing section.
7. Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees at their prevailing exchange rate.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, no funds will be deducted from your account and no deposit will be credited to your CudaSpace wallet. You may retry the payment immediately. If you experience repeated payment failures, please contact our support team.
9. Security
We implement multiple layers of security to protect your transactions, including rate limiting on payment requests, encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+), and Stripe's built-in fraud detection. We never store your payment card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.
10. Disputes
If you believe a transaction was processed in error or you have a billing dispute, please contact our finance team at finance@cudaspace.com within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
11. Changes to This Policy
CudaSpace reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our payment services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
